SPLACE came as a result of wanting to close the gap between a hotel and a typical rented apartment for people living in Wolfsburg temporarily. We are delighted that we have now succeeded in doing so with the new, centrally-located building designed especially for SPLACE. The focus of our planning was on linking intelligent building technologies with home automation, a modern, homely interior and tailor-made services.
